Cast a line anywhere in Blockville and every catch is one of 110 Blockville fish, each with its own size, from a tiny Common to a rare Mythical. Fish can be eaten for their effects, sold, and recorded in your Fishing Journal.

#Selling
A fish is worth more the longer it is and the rarer it is. Open /sellfish, drop your fish in (or use Sell All), and confirm the total. Finishing Tides of Blockville gives +25% on every fish you sell.
#Bait
Bait makes certain fish likelier. A rod holds one bait at a time - its lore shows which, and how many are left - and one is used for every fish caught. To load bait, hold it and right-click (it goes onto the rod in your other hand, or on your hotbar), or sneak and right-click with your rod to open the bait menu and tap a bait.

Rory sells bait at Rory's Tackle once you've finished Tides of Blockville, and the vote crate sometimes gives it as a reward. Bait does nothing during a fishing contest.

Fishing contests come round between Blockville's other events. A boss bar shows the contest, the time left and your place. Fish anywhere - every catch counts.
